Being registered undertakers, we are able to the handle the entire process from collection, preparation, coffining and repatriation of deceased anywhere in the world via road or flight.
The repatriation of a loved one nationally or internationally is a complex process, however, since we have been in business since 2007 we have the necessary experience to allow smooth transportation of your loved one.

TRANSPORTING HUMAN REAMINS BETWEEN CITIES AND COUNTRIES
Centurion Funeral Directors may be called to make all the transportation arrangements. We will arrange to transport the deceased from place of death to a local site for care and preparation prior to inter-city transportation.
SERVICES OFFERED FOR TRANSPORTATION
A representative from Centurion Funeral Directors will collect the deceased from the place of death e.g. hospital, home, government mortuary. Thereafter, we will meet the family at a suitable place, either at one of our offices or at your home.
We will require some personal information in order to complete the necessary documentation for the death certificate and will require finger prints and identification documents of the deceased and informant (member of Family).
Preparation of the deceased, including bathing, dressing, embalming and coffining will take place at our licenced Mortuary in Laudium, Pretoria. Preparation will include a coffin or casket, as well as a Zinc lining and a Crate for transportation outside the border of South Africa. Some methods of travel may require embalming and infectious disease control.
However challenging the circumstances may be, we can assure you of the best possible support and care.

You can choose to follow a Traditional Burial, with a viewing and then a funeral service in a church, or you could decide to have a more relaxed service, even in your family home. The viewing can take place either the evening before, the day of the service or both.
